Farmhouse Addition

BEFORE:

• Tiny kitchen and narrow laundry room in what at one time had been a back porch

PROCESS:

• Removed back part of house including partial cellar underneath

• Relocated second floor windows to make space for new roofline 

AFTER:

• Large living area with open kitchen, dining, livingroom area

• Locally milled white oak hardwood flooring

• Renovated half bath and added shower to provide full bath on main floor

• Deck with hot tub.
