Simeon grew up thinking outside the box. His background in construction began early—from renovations and building a strawbale home with his family to running a remodeling business in college, and ultimately specializing in custom homes. He enjoys the challenge of delivering quality craftsmanship while carefully navigating the unique demands and quirks of each project.

After earning a master’s degree in development economics, he and his family spent 6 years working in East Africa. In 2017, they moved to Harrisonburg, where he continued his work in custom home construction.
